Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and OrdoStrat ("we"), the operator of Ordo, reachable at [email protected]. By creating an account or using Ordo you accept them.
What Ordo is
Ordo is an alliance management platform for the mobile game Kingshot: member management, applications, event scheduling, Bear Hunt tracking, battle planning, minister appointments and a real-time War Room. Ordo is an independent tool built by players. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the publishers of Kingshot.
Beta
Ordo is in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed; data may occasionally be reset where technically unavoidable. We work hard to avoid surprises, but you should not treat Ordo as the only copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Your account
- You sign in with your Discord account and are responsible for what happens through your session.
- One account per person. Keep the information you enter truthful — alliance leaders make decisions based on it.
- You must be old enough to use Discord in your country.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, no scraping other players' data, no impersonation, no unlawful, hateful or harassing content, no use of Ordo to cheat in ways that violate Kingshot's own terms. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.
Your content
Data you enter (profiles, plans, scores, feedback) stays yours. You grant us the licence needed to store it and show it to the teammates the product is designed to show it to — nothing more. Alliance owners and staff control alliance-level data: they can approve, remove or suspend members and see member activity, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Paid tiers and billing
Some features are paid at the alliance level. Payments are processed by Stripe; prices are shown before you commit and may change with reasonable notice. During the beta, paid access may be granted through coupons. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time and end at the close of the paid period.
Availability, warranties, liability
Ordo is provided "as is", without warranties of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any damages arising from the use of Ordo is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Termination
You can stop using Ordo and delete your account at any time (Account settings → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and may discontinue the service with reasonable advance notice.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will say so visibly on this page and update the date above. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the operator's place of establishment in the European Union. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
