How do troop ratios per squad work?
Each squad has its own infantry, cavalry and archer split. Members see the ratio next to their assignment, so every march is sent with the right composition.
Can allied alliances see the plan?
Yes — coalitions bring allied alliances on your server into the same event, with RSVPs and squad assignments, so a server-wide battle runs from one shared plan.
What happens to the plan when the battle starts?
It becomes the live War Room board: the same squads and leaders get live countdowns and push notifications for every rally launch.
